Shipping & Delivery

FOB Van Nuys, California. At this time, we ship within the Continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. All rates will be calculated via UPS Worldship Rates. Our standard method of shipping is UPS Ground Service. We do offer faster shipping methods at an increased cost. You may select a faster shipping method during checkout. All Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Unless otherwise arranged by customer, all orders are shipped by UPS Ground Service prepaid with the freight charge added to the invoice. We are not responsible for delays in shipment due to circumstances beyond our control including (but not limited to) acts of God, labor disputes, transportation or customs delays or natural disasters.

Returns & Replacements

When you shop with us, we want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a replacement or refund of the purchase price. Any gift item shipped to you from may be returned for a merchandise credit that can be used on a future order. Refund checks are not available for gift returns. 

For your convenience, the Return Form, includes a Return Label that you may use when shipping the package back to us. Simply attach the label to the outside of your package and send the package. Please first remove the old label from the packaging or make sure that the returns label covers the old one. Customers are required pay for shipping back to our warehouse. Merchandise must be in original packaging and in unused, resalable condition. You need to make sure to pack the box so that the item will not be damaged in route back to our warehouse. IMPORTANT: We will not issue refunds for returned merchandise which has been damaged in transit back to our warehouse! BE SURE TO PACK YOUR RETURN MERCHANDISE CAREFULLY!

If you order is incomplete, incorrect, or damaged, please Contact Us via email or call us toll free at (888) 207-8999. Our Customer Service hours are Monday thru Friday 8AM - 5PM Pacific Standard Time. We apologize but at this time we cannot process exchanges. If you have found another item that you would prefer over one you have already received, we ask that you place a separate order for the new item and that you return the unwanted item. Once the returned item has been received at our warehouse and inspected to make sure it is in new, unused, resalable condition, a credit will be issued to your account. Please see instructions above for how to return a package.


Any dispute or claim relating in any way to these to the Terms and Conditions, this Website, or any products or services sold or distributed by or through this Website, will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law apply to the Terms and Conditions. We each agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration we each waive any right to a jury trial. We also both agree that you or we may bring suit in court to enjoin infringement or other misuse of intellectual property rights.
