At this time, we ship within the Continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. All rates will be calculated via UPS Worldship Rates. Our standard method of shipping is UPS Ground Service. We do offer faster shipping methods at an increased cost. You may select a faster shipping method during checkout. All Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
When you shop with us, we want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a replacement or refund of the purchase price. Any gift item shipped to you from Pacificmerchants.com may be returned for a merchandise credit that can be used on a future Pacificmerchants.com order. Refund checks are not available for gift returns.
For your convenience, the Return Form, includes a Return Label that you may use when shipping the package back to us. Simply attach the label to the outside of your package and send the package. Please first remove the old label from the packaging or make sure that the returns label covers the old one. Customers are required pay for shipping back to our warehouse. Merchandise must be in original packaging and in unused, resalable condition. You need to make sure to pack the box so that the item will not be damaged in route back to our warehouse. IMPORTANT: We will not issue refunds for returned merchandise which has been damaged in transit back to our warehouse! BE SURE TO PACK YOUR RETURN MERCHANDISE CAREFULLY!

If you have found another item that you would prefer over one you have already received, we ask that you place a separate order for the new item and that you return the unwanted item. Once the returned item has been received at our warehouse and inspected to make sure it is in new, unused, resalable condition, a credit will be issued to your account. Please see instructions above for how to return a package.
